JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ind. – “Beat the Pack – Jefferson County, IN” is a FREE 2-week quit smoking program consisting of 4 virtual sessions via Facebook. The sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays. November 8,11,15,18. Each session is around 30 minutes and available for viewing anytime during these days. Each participate will be provided with quit tips, free nicotine replacement therapy and a progress tracker.
