On March 23rd, 2022 Hanover Officers arrested Cody Caswell, 28 of Hanover. Cody was subsequently charged with;

Dealing Methamphetamine L2 Felony

Possession of Methamphetamine L3 Felony

Maintaining a Common Nuisance L6 Felony

Possession of Paraphernalia C Misdemeanor

Possession of Marijuana B Misdemeanor

Operator Never Licensed A Misdemeanor

Cody has the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in the court of law.
