Traffic Stop led to arrest

Monday, Madison Police arrested Kaleb A. Skirvin 27, Madison, Indiana, for possession of methamphetamine level six felony and driving while suspended (prior) class A misdemeanor. Skirivn's arrest is the result of a traffic stop executed by Patrolman Curtis Shelpman on Oak Hill Drive near Highway #7. During the course of the traffic stop, Officers found Skirivn to be in possession of the narcotic.
Kaleb Skirvin has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty. Captain Season Jackson and Patrolman Graham Heffelfinger assisted Shelpman
