Wednesday September 29, 2021, at approximately 2:29 PM Madison Police Detectives Shawn Scudder and Jeremey Perkins arrested Sebastian Z. Campbell 19, Delta, Ohio, for L-6 communication-intimidation and L-6 possession of a controlled substance.

The arrest is the result of an investigation where Campbell attempted to extort $5000.00 dollars  from a local business owner.  Campbell threatened the business owner that he would report him for what he (Campbell) believed to be inappropriate business activities.  The business owner reported the attempted extortion to the Madison Police Department, which ultimately led to Campbell's arrest.   Campbell was taken into custody by Madison Police in the Lowe's Parking Lot, a location in which he thought he would be receiving the $5000.00 demand.

Sabastian Campbell has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
