Two More Defendants in the Dupont Shooting Appear in Court

The second and third defendants in the Deadly Shooting in Dupont appeared in court Wednesday for their initial hearings Jordan Lowe appeared before the Circuit Court she plead not guilty on the charges of Assisting A Criminal the criminal assisted commited murder Level 5 felony, Obstruction of Justice Level 6 Felony, Commit Felony While Member Of/ At Direction of Criminal Gang Enhancement. she is due back in September. She is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $10,000 Cash Only Bond

Michael Karnuth appeared in Jefferson Circuit Court for his initial hearing he pleaded not guilty to the preliminary charges of  Murder Level 1 felony, Burglary with a deadly weapon Level 2 felony, Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury Level 2 felony, Obstruction of Justice def knowingly or intentionally in a offical procedding Level 6 felony,Commit Felony While a Member Of Gang or Gang Enchancement. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail with NO Bond. He is also due back in court in September.
