Welfare Check Of Unattended Child Leads To Possession Arrest

Public intoxication and possession of Methamphetamine

On Thursday, a Carrollton Police Officer was informed that unattended children were in a car at Walmart.

The officer and a Carroll County Deputy conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of an adult male, 26 year old Jonathan Proctor, for public intoxication and possession of Methamphetamine.

The subject was taken to the Carroll County Detention Center.
