Jake Owen is out with a music video for "It Was Jack (You Were Diane)."

The eight-minute video is a throwback to 1982 and tells the story of a couple in love.

Jake's new single is deeply rooted in John Mellencamp's famous hit from the same year, "Jack & Diane."
