Jason Aldean is handing the Susan G. Komen foundation a huge check after his annual Concert for the Cure.
The superstar performed at his Kitchen + Rooftop Bar in Nashville on October 3rd.
Between the Concert for the Cure and Aldean's 2018 tour, he raised nearly 460-thousand dollars.
Since 2004, he's helped raise over four-million for the foundation.
