Happy 8th anniversary to one of Nashville’s favorite duos! It’s no secret that Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher are the ultimate power couple–she’s a country music superstar and he’s a retired NHL hockey player (and captain) for the Nashville Predators.
The two first met in 2008 after one of Underwood’s concerts. Fast forward two years when they tied the knot on July 10, 2010, at Georgia’s Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation in front of more than 250 people. The couple has seen much success in eight years–professionally and personally–the most exciting milestone? Welcoming their son Isaiah in 2015.
