After a year without festivals this past weekend kicked off the festival season for the City of Madison and Jefferson County, big crowds at all of the Regatta festivies have brought back some kind of normalcy to the local area. The economy in the city and county will fare better with all the festivals as visitors from other states visit the Madison area. Up next for the area will be the Jefferson County 4H Fair.
