All three are facing numerous charges
On December 16th, 2022 Hanover Officers were dispatched to an address where a domestic incident was in progress. At the end of the investigation Officers arrested:
Justyn Hooker, 21 of Hanover. Hooker was charged with Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
Jonathan Hooker, 21 of Hanover/North Vernon. Hooker was charged with Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
Joseph Mott, 20 of Hanover. Mott was charged with Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
All have the presumption of innocence until proven guily.
