Food Boxes Bring Provided For Scott County Residents

The giveaway will begin around 11:45 a.m., one food box will be available per Scott County ID address.

(Scott County, Ind.) - The USDA Farmers to Families Food Box program will be providing food boxes tomorrow at Austin Elementary School. 

The giveaway will begin around 11:45 a.m., one food box will be available per Scott County ID address. 

Each box is expected to contain the following:

  • 12 lbs of pre-cooked chicken nuggets
  • 5 lbs of pre-cooked bbq pulled pork
  • 4 lbs of pre-cooked bacon
  • 5 lbs of onions
  • 5 lbs of potatoes
  • 5 lbs of oranges
  • 3 lbs of cheese
    • * Note: Boxes may vary

Those who attend will need to bring their IDs. This program is for Scott County residents only.
