INDIANAPOLIS - Schools across Indiana are encouraged to apply for the Secured School Safety Grant.
The grant program is administered through the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, and allows schools to apply for matching grants to enhance their safety measures.
Funding may be used to employ a school resource officers, purchase equipment, hardware, materials, and technology, training of school employees and much more.
The application period will close July 1, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. ET. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted.
