[Madison, IN] The Jefferson County Health Department will be hosting an evening COVID vaccine clinic on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 3pm – 6pm. Please call 812 273-1942 to schedule an appointment. All Hoosiers ages 5 and older are now eligible for a free COVID-19 vaccine. All three vaccines will be available, those 5 to 17 years of age are only eligible for Pfizer vaccine. A parent or guardian must provide consent, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Booster doses for all three vaccines will also be available. The Jefferson County Health Department also continues to provide COVID vaccines and booster vaccines for all those that are eligible Monday thru Friday 9am-3pm. You may schedule your vaccine or booster vaccine for any day, other than the evening November 18, 2021, by visiting www.ourshot.in.gov or by calling 211. Walk-ins are accepted Monday thru Friday 9am-3pm. November 18, 2021, evening appointments must be scheduled by calling 812 273-1942
