Madison Man Arrested Following May 29 Narcotic Case

The warrant was issued following an investigation conducted by Sergeant Shawn Scudder.

(Madison, Ind.) – On Friday, May 29 the City of Madison Police Department C.S.T. executed a search warrant was at 316 E. First Street.

With the search warrant officers arrested Cassondra Lockridge, 22, of Madison on various drug-related charges. As a result of the search warrant, the officers established probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Nicholas M. Tucker, 30, of Madison.

On Thursday, June 4 Madison Police Sergeant Shawn Scudder, the lead investigator, arrested Tucker on the warrant. Sergeant Scudder was assisted with the arrest by K-9 Officer Ben Flint of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Tucker faces the following alleged charges; dealing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of firearms by a felon, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, dealing marijuana, and possession of legend drugs.

Narcotics, paraphernalia, and 13 firearms were seized when the search warrant was served on May 29.
