NKDH CEO Carol Dozier named one of 2025 Women Hospital and Health System Presidents and CEOs to Know

MADISON, Ind. (July 2, 2025) – Carol Dozier, chief executive officer, Norton King’s Daughters’ Health in Madison, Indiana, has been named one of the 2025 Women Hospital and Health System Presidents and CEOs to Know by Becker’s Hospital Review.

According to Becker’s Healthcare, the leaders highlighted on its 2025 list share common achievements: driving growth, cultivating positive workplace cultures, expanding access to care, and boosting satisfaction for providers and patients.

Dozier’s nomination noted: “Since 2013, Ms. Dozier has served Norton King’s Daughters’ Health. Her leadership of the rural hospital has been praised, especially in light of the pandemic. Prior to her current role, she was CEO of Laramie, Wyoming-based Ivinson Memorial Hospital, where she headed the construction of a new hospital and other renovations, guided financial turnarounds and more.”

Dozier also helped guide the transition of Norton King’s Daughters’ Health to Norton Healthcare in January 2022.
