Road will be closed thru mid may
SCOTT COUNTY, Ind.— Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Olco Inc. plans to close State Road 203 next week between Tank Pond Road and Mace Road near Nabb in Scott County.
Beginning on or after Monday, April 17 crews will begin work to complete a small structure replacement project. State Road 203 is expected to remain closed through mid-May, weather permitting.
During the closure, drivers should use the official detour which follows S.R. 356, S.R 3, and S.R.362 or seek an alternate route.
The contract was awarded to Olco Inc. for $800,000 in December. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active construction zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
