(Madison, Ind.) - On December 24, the City of Madison Police Department executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
Following the execution of the search warrant, officers arrested Christina M. Walters and James E. Leatherbury for a significant amount of paraphernalia associated with the use of drugs. The investigating officer will also be filing additional enhancement charges as the residence is located within 500 feet of Lydia Middleton School.
Walters faces the alleged charges of visiting a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine, dealing in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of syringes, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), and possession of paraphernalia.
Leatherbury faces the alleged charges of vising a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia.
