Two New Arrest for Scott Co. Sheriffs Office

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

(Scottsburg, Ind.) - Scott County Sheriff Jerry Goodin and the Scott County Sheriff's Department continue to make keep their promise to tackle the drug problem in Scott Co. with another arrest. 

Billie Cutshall,38, of Scottsburg was arrested yesterday on the charges of Possession of Methamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession schedule I, II, III, or IV controlled substance, and Possession of a handgun without a license. 

 

Scott County Sheriff's Office also arrested Aaron Madley, 37, yesterday. 

Madley was arrested on the charges of an Out of County Warrant, Battery by Body Waste, Battery-Results in Bodily Injury to Public Safety Official, Resisting Law Enforcement, and False Informing.

 

*All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
