WARRANT SERVED IN DOWNTOWN MADISON NETS SEVEN ARREST

ALL ARE FACING NUMEROUS CHARGES

December 18, 2022, The Madison Police executed a narcotic search on a residence in the 1000 block of W. First Street. The search warrant was obtained as the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation led by Detective Kyle Cutshaw.

As a result of the executed warrant, offices seized narcotics and paraphernalia associated with the use of drugs. 

Arrested : Jasmine L. Box 25, Sulphur, Kentucky, - Level 5 possession of methamphetamine, B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance & A misdemeanor trafficking with an inmate. (carried drugs into the jail).

Arrested : BeeBe A.C.S. Brooks 24, Dupont, Indiana - Level 6 possession of methamphetamine level 6 possession of narcotic drug (fentanyl).

Arrested : Trace C. Harris 24, Madison, Indiana - B misdemeanor for visiting a common nuisance 

Arrested : Barry Hebner 52, Madison, Indiana - Level 6 possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl), Level 6 for maintaining a common nuisance, B misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Arrested : Blake Johnson 36, Jeffresonville, Indiana B misdemeanor for visiting a common nuisance. 

Arrested: Megan Jo Montgomery 33, Madison, Indiana, Level 5 possession of methamphetamine, A misdemeanor possession of a syringe, A misdemeanor trafficking with an inmate (carried drugs into the jail) B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.

Arrested : Rebecca R. Rice 44, madison, Indiana, Level 6 maintaining a common nuisance.

All charges are alleged and Box, Brooks, Harris, Hebner, Johnson, Montgomery and Rice have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty. This is an ongoing investigation with additional charges likely.
