Tournament gets underway October 24th
INDIANAPOLIS - The 53rd annual IHSAA Football State Tournament gets underway on Friday, October 24.
On Sunday evening, 310 teams learned their sectional opponents via live stream at IHSAAtv.org.
Sectionals will run October 24 through November 7. Regionals will be held on November 14, semi-states on November 21 and the State Championship games on November 28-29.
The 12 teams earning a berth in the state finals will play on Thanksgiving weekend in Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis.
Madison will host Owen Valley on Oct 24
if they win that game they will host Indian Creek on Oct 31
Switzerland County will host Salem Oct 24
Game 2 will be either Crawford County or Clarksville
