CC boys golf continues to win

Carroll Co. boys golf picked up their third win in a row as they played their home course to defeat Bellevue. Kennedy Daigle led the Panthers shooting a 42. Carroll Co. shot a 122 as a team. Bellevue had only two players.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hanover College alumna Rachel (Slade) Sharpe '13 was named the Head Men's and Women's Track and Field coach replacing Brian Power who left to take the position of Head Men’s Track & Field Coach at St. Olaf College. Sharpe’s husband, Devon also a Hanover grad, was named the boys tennis coach at Madison High School a couple of weeks ago.

 

Ryan Thurston was charged with his first loss of the season after allowing three runs (one earned) on two hits and three walks over three innings of relief in the Gary South Shore Railcats 8-5, in 11 innings loss to the Texas Airhogs.
