Madison Regatta officals announced at its Membership Mtg that this year's Gold Cup Race will run the traditional 2.5 course and will go under the Madison-Milton Bridge for the first time since 2016.

Duke Head Coach Mike Krzyzewski has announced that after the 2021-22 season he is retiring, he currently holds the NCAA record for career wins at 1170.
