HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL:

Southwestern falls to Eastern Pekin 7-2. Mitchell Adcock went 3-3 and Bailey Elliott was 2-2 for the Rebels.  

Carroll Co. defeats Calvary Christian 17-5 in five innings. Zach Clifford went 4-for-5 with two runs scored, Jacob Polley was 2-for-3 with three runs scored & two RBIs,

Walton-Verona over Trimble Co. 15-0 in three innings.

 

 

HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL:

Shawe fell in their season opener to Henryville 19-5 in five innings. Kristen Snograss had two hits and Jaylin Lee had a single and 2 RBI’S for the Lady Hilltoppers.

Scottsburg defeats Southwestern 17-1 in five innings. Morgan Mahoney was 3-3 with an RBI for the Lady Rebels.

Seymour over Madison 10-0 in five innings. Bailey Dyer and Paige Young had the Lady Cubs two hits. 
Switzerland Co. falls to South Dearborn 13-11.

  • Early Bird single pool passes for Crystal Beach`

    The City of Madison Parks and Recreation Department is once again offering early bird single pool passes for Crystal Beach. The passes are $40 each March 1 through May 24. These can abe purchased at the Brown Gym. Starting May 25th, single passes will be $50 each. Any questions, contact the Parks Office at (812)265-8308
