CEF’s Essential Elements professional development workshops equip K-8 educators with best practices for STEM education, share valuable resources for science learning, and build educator confidence in leading inquiry-based, hands-on learning. Workshop Information:

The Dow Chemical Company in Carrollton KY is pleased to offer a Chemical Educational Foundation (CEF) You Be The Chemist Essential Elements workshop for K-8 educators on Saturday, October 13 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The workshop will be held at the Carroll County Public Library, 136 Court St, Carrollton, KY 41008.

There is no cost to participate in this workshop. Participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate for 3 hours of professional development credit along with a full set of CEF's YBTC Activity Guides, a periodic table and other educator resources. More information will be emailed to registered participants a week before the workshop.
