Attorney General Todd Rokita continues defending unborn children’s right to life

Attorney General will continue all his hard work

As the Indiana Supreme Court takes up a challenge to Indiana’s strong pro-life law passed last year, Attorney General Todd Rokita said he will continue his work to protect unborn children.

Pro-abortion extremists, he noted, are asserting the baseless claim that Indiana’s state constitution somehow legalizes the practice of abortion.

“Rest assured that we will keep fighting for the precious right to life and the proper interpretation of our constitutions, both state and federal,” Attorney General Rokita said. “We fully trust that we will prevail in this good cause.”
