The Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson County has been awarded a generous $17,000 grant from the Taco Bell Foundation to support programs that empower and inspire local youth.

The funding will be used to expand educational opportunities, career readiness training, and leadership development initiatives for young people ages 5–18. The grant is part of the Taco Bell Foundation’s ongoing commitment to helping youth nationwide explore their passions and reach their full potential.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Taco Bell Foundation for their support,” said Dustin Bentz, Interim CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson County. “This funding will allow us to provide more resources, mentorship, and hands-on experiences that help our members develop the skills they need for bright and successful futures.”

The Taco Bell Foundation partners with Boys & Girls Clubs across the country to provide grants that fund academic success, community engagement, and career exploration programs. Since 1992, the Taco Bell Foundation has granted nearly $60M to more than 300 Clubs across the country supporting programs like Youth of the Year and Keystone Clubs.

For over 70 years, the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson County has served as a safe and supportive environment where youth can access academic help, sports and arts programs, and leadership opportunities. The $17,000 grant will directly impact hundreds of local youth by ensuring they have the tools and encouragement they need to thrive.
