Carrollton Utilities Customers To See A Delay In Billing

Due to this delay, the utility company will not be posting late penalties on the bills for this month. 

(Carrollton, Ky.) - Carrollton Utilities announced today that the printing company that sends out the monthly bills has had technical issues. 

The bills were sent out on September 15 out of South Carolina, and due to this delay, the utility company will not be posting late penalties on the bills for this month.
