City of Madison Cuts Ribbon for New 421 Approach Today

Mayor Courtney, Congressman Pence, and former mayors Armstrong and Huntington will also be giving remarks.

(Madison, Ind.) – Today is a big day for the City of Madison as the new 421 Bridge Approach is opening.

At 2:00 p.m. today Mayor Bob Courtney will be joined by Congressman Greg Pence, and former mayors Tim Armstrong and Al Huntington for the ribbon cutting of the new bridge approach.

The City is inviting residents to come and join the momentous occasion and watch as Ginny Welch and her family will drive the first vehicle across the Harrison Street section of the approach,

Mayor Courtney, Congressman Pence, and former mayors Armstrong and Huntington will also be giving remarks.

The ceremony will be taking place on the south end of the approach.
