Court Orders GM To Seize Herb Kinman Chevrolet Inventory

Not only vehicles but other items

Carroll County Circuit Court Judge Leslie Knight has been ordered General Motors Financial to seize possession of all the inventory at Herb Kinman Chevrolet, including vehicles, parts, equipment, office supplies and more.

The properties they are allowed to enter to take possession of the collateral include those of the owner of Kinman Chevrolet, Rebecca Kinman, on Hunters Ridge; Kentucky Auto Auction Inc on South Dixie Highway; and several locations belonging to Craig and Landreth Cars Inc.
