Domestic Dispute Leads To Drug Arrest For Hanover Couple

Both arrested on Numerous Charges

                                       

On December 9th, 2021 Hanover Officers were dispatched to an active fight/domestic call. During the investigation probable cause was established to arrest Todd Higdon, 50 of Hanover for domestic battery. During a subsequent search of Higdon methamphetamine and controlled substances were located. Todd was charged with; Domestic Battery F6, Possession of Methamphetamine F5, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, F6.

Kimberly Higdon, 54 of Hanover was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Kimberly was charged with; Possession of Methamphetamine, F5 and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, F6.

Both Todd and Kimberly have the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Hanover Police Department wants to thank Jefferson County Sheriff Dept for their assistance.
