Former Indiana First Lady Susan Bayh Recovering From Cancer Surgery

To remove a malignant glioblastoma

(Washington, DC)  --  Former Indiana First Lady Susan Bayh is recovering from brain surgery to remove a tumor.

The Bayh family released a statement yesterday that explained she underwent surgery to remove a malignant glioblastoma.

That's the same kind of tumor that U.S. Senator John McCain is battling.

This is Susan Bayh's second battle with brain cancer.

She had surgery in 2015 to remove a tumor then as well.
