Gallatin Co. Upper Elementary/Middle School Evacuated Thursday Afternoon

Possible bomb threat

At approximately 130pm yesterday a student at Gallatin Co. Upper Elementary/Middle School discovered some writing on a bathroom wall in reference to a bomb threat.

The building was evacuated with students going to the high school. 

The Northern Ky/Cincinnati Airport Bomb detection dog was brought in to clear the building and nothing was found.

Currently the situation is an ongoing investigation.

The school was cleared last evening, and classes will resume today on normal schedule.
