Indiana State Police-Versailles District Conducting Homicide Investigation

At this time investigators believe that there is no threat to the public but the public is asked to avoid the area.

(Holton, Ind.) - Sergeant Stephen Wheeles with the Indiana State Police stated today that ISP detectives are currently conducting a homicide investigation on County Road 700 West in rural Ripley County, just north of Holton, Indiana. 

At this time investigators believe that there is no threat to the public but the public is asked to avoid the area. 

More information will be released as it becomes available.
