It's May 1st, Close To Time To Pay For Property Taxes

Due May 10th in Jefferson Co.

Today is the first day of May and it's time to pay your property taxes. Taxes are due in Jefferson County are due by Thursday, May 10.


According to the Jefferson County Treasurer’s Office, Tax Bills were mailed on April 2. Make sure to check your envelopes for multiple bills, as if you own more than one parcel your bills may be placed in the same envelope.


Payments must be accompanied by the tax statement.

Make all checks payable to the Jefferson County Treasurer. Please include a phone number on your check if it is not already noted on the check. Please notify the treasurer’s office of a mailing address change.
