Area Residents Asked To Report Flood Damage

Jefferson County Emergency Management has set up a way for residents hit by recent flooding to report damage and to provide pictures so officials can review and make assessments to provide funding once its available.
Flood Damage Reporting
If you experienced any flood damage,
there is a two-step process on submitting your information for a damage assessment.
You must complete both steps for our reporting process.
Step One: Fill out the Initial Disaster Intake/Assessment Form on the Indiana 211 website.
Step Two: Upload 1 to 5 images of your flood damage by clicking here
