Facing three Counts
                                  
On April 18th, 2022, the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office and the Indiana Department of Child Services initiated an investigation into alleged sexual abuse involving a child. During the investigation by Detective Ian McPherson, it was discovered that there was possibly more than one victim within the home. It was determined that the alleged victims were all foster children.
On May 18th, 2022, Lamar J. Yoder, the alleged suspect, was interviewed regarding the case. At the conclusion of the interview, Lamar J. Yoder (age 30 of Butlerville) was arrested for three counts of Child Molesting (all Level 4 felonies). Lamar J. Yoder was booked into the Jennings County Jail where he is currently being held without bond. All children involved were relocated to another location during the initial part of the investigation.
