Kentucky State Police Charge Two Men with Drug Trafficking

The investigation is ongoing.

                                    

CAMPBELLSBURG, Ky. (03/08/2022) – On Monday March 7, 2022 at approximately 03:15 am Kentucky State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg received a call in reference to a disabled vehicle off the roadway on Interstate 71 near the Campbellsburg exit.  A trooper responded to assist the person(s).

When the trooper arrived and was speaking with the subjects he had reason to believe they may have been drinking.  The trooper conducted an investigation into the possible impairment of the two(2) individuals.  The investigation also resulted in locating approximately seven(7) pounds of packaged marijuana in the vehicle as well as suspected methamphetamine, cash, and a bag containing an unknown substance.

Fleceto Adndno, a 42 year old male was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Trafficking in Marijuana, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Drug Unspecified, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle, Failure to Maintain Insurance and No Operators-Moped License.  Mr. Adndno was lodged at the Oldham County Detention Center.

Jose Casillas Martinez, a 33 year old male was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Trafficking in Marijuana, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Drug Unspecified, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle, Failure to Maintain Insurance and No Operators-Moped License.  Mr. Casillas Martinez was lodged at the Oldham County Detention Center.
