Kentucky State Police Investigate Sexual Abuse Case

Investigation Led to Arrest

                                    

LAGRANGE, KY. (September 23, 2021) –On Thursday September 23, 2021 Kentucky State Police Post 5 dispatch received a call from the Kentucky State Reformatory in reference to a sex abuse complaint involving an inmate at the facility.

A Kentucky State Police Post 5 detective responded to the facility. KSR staff as well as the KSP detective interviewed Kimberly Curry, 51, of Campbellsburg.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of Curry, who is charged with two (2) counts of Sodomy 3rd Degree and two (2) counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree. Curry was lodged at the Oldham County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing and being conducted by Kentucky State Police Post 5.
