(undated) - On Saturday, September 19, the Kentucky State Police will be participating in the annual United Parcel Service (UPS) Plane Pull.

The UPS Plane Pull is just one of the many events that KSP is doing to raise money for Special Olympics of Kentucky athletes.

20 KSP Troopers will test their strength to compete against other law enforcement agencies across Kentucky to see who can pull a 60-ton Boeing 757 plane the farthest and the fastest.

All qualifying teams must raise a minimum of $1,500 to be eligible for the competition.

All proceeds from this event will support the sports, health, and education programs serving 11,000 Special Olympics Athletes across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
