Madison Fire Crews Battle Early Morning Fire On West Main

Battled the cold as well

At approximately 1:40 am Madison Fire Units were dispatched to a structure fire at 949 W Main St.

When crews arrived found rear of structure was fully engulfed.

Fire officials said person that lived in the home got out safely.

The fire was contained to the structure, with little damage to the other structures that where less than 3ft away. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Madison Fire Department.

All City fire departments, KDH responded and were on scene till around 5:30am
