On Friday Madison Police arrested Benjamin Weary age 39 of Madison after a short pursuit thru downtown Madison he is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Resisting Law Enforcement both charges are Level 6 felonies. He is currently in Jefferson Co Jail with NO BOND. He is innocent until proven guilty.
