Join KYTC for a public meeting regarding the Milton Small Area Study in Trimble and Carroll Counties, which will develop concepts and cost estimates focusing on improving the Ohio River bridge approach, including U.S. 421 “Milton Hill”, and addressing freight mobility along KY 36. Bicycle/pedestrian mobility in town will also be considered. KYTC and engineering consultants will be on hand to answer questions and collect feedback.

The public meeting is open house format - those who are interested may drop in at any time to review information, receive handouts, and fill out comment sheets. A second public meeting will be held in the Fall of 2025 to present the build options that will be developed.  | 
| Timeline & Results | The study's findings—including any recommended Build solutions—will be documented in a final report, expected to be published in late 2025. |
