MADISON, Ind. (Aug. 11, 2025) – Norton King’s Daughters’ Health is proud to welcome Kenton Williams to its board of managers. A Madison native, Williams is chief executive officer for Royer Corp., a family owned plastic injection molding and advanced decorating company.

“As a Jefferson County employer and resident, I am very excited to serve on the board and do my best to expand, grow and promote our local health care system,” Williams said. “Innovation has always fascinated me, and I’m also excited to learn about and help implement strategies that strengthen and improve the delivery of excellent, accessible local health care for our community.”

A 2010 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School, Williams earned his degree in international business from Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia. Before returning to Madison in 2018 to join his family’s business, Williams worked in business development and then as a field director for U.S. Sen. Todd Young.

Since joining Royer, Williams worked as a project manager and general manager before being named president and then CEO. He and his wife, Sadie, live in Madison and have two children.

“Kenton brings business experience and local knowledge to the board of managers,” said Carol Dozier, chief executive officer, Norton King’s Daughters’ Health. “We’re excited for him to share new perspectives and ideas. Further, as a Madison native and resident, he is fully invested in helping the organization grow and prosper.”
