Personal Property- Annually Assessed Mobile Home Deadline Change

Now December 31

The deadline to file for your personal property-annually assessed mobile home has changed from March 31 to December 31. You have from now until the end of 2019 to file for your Homestead Exemption. You may do so in the Auditors Office, Monday- Friday 8a-4p. 

When you come, please bring:

  • Copy of your Mobile Home Title or Purchase Agreement

  • Last 5 digits of your social security number

  • Drivers License
