Pope John Elementary Put On Lock-Down Thursday

Threating text message

Pope John Elementary School was put on lock-down yesterday after a threating text message was sent to a family member of an employee of the school which included possible harm to the employee.

Madison Police were informed around 9:45 and checked the school and parking lot.

Officers obtained information on the subject and began a search for the subject.

The school expressed that they will continue with a normal day today.
