If you take SR 7 to Columbus take note:
The Indiana Department of Transportation plans to close State Road 7 tomorrow (JULY 26) to replace a box culvert at Six Mile Creek located 0.3 miles north of the S.R. 3 junction at North Vernon. Utility relocations should be completed today.
Motorists will be routed around the work site via S.R. 3 and the U.S. 50 bypass (S.R. 750). INDOT officials say the closure will be in effect for up to 20 days.
The new S.R. 7 Six Mile Creek precast box culvert measures 66 feet in length with a 10-foot rise and 12-foot span.
