Statement from State Sen. Chip Perfect

State Sen. Chip Perfect (R-Lawrenceburg) made the following statement regarding the conclusion of the 2023 legislative session

STATEHOUSE (April 28, 2023) – "As the 2023 legislative session comes to a close, I am pleased with the progress my colleagues and I made in making Indiana a greater place to live, work and raise a family.

"This year, we passed legislation and another balanced budget focused on supporting mental health initiatives, lowering taxes for Hoosiers and creating a climate in which businesses can grow and succeed.

"Through these measures, Indiana's areas of need will be improved, and our state will continue to grow. As Senate District 43's state senator, I look forward to seeing how our local communities and Hoosiers continue to benefit from these initiatives."
