The City of Madison says there has been some confusion about the fireworks on social media, so they what to make sure the public knows they have issued a statement to clarify.
The American Legion Post #9 Fireworks Spectacular Sponsored by Commonwealth Engineers will be Saturday, July 7th around 10:00pm. Riverfront viewing areas are FREE for the public, except for Bicentennial Park and Vaughn Drive from West St to Broadway, which is part of the Music Festival site.
