Hanover Water/Sewer customers that have not yet received their water/sewer bill in the month of February should call the utilities office at Hanover Town Hall.
Town officials stated that many have reported not getting bills in the mail like they normally have by this time of the month.
The utilities office will give customers their month's balance if they call.
The due date for customer's monthly balance is Friday, February 15.
